We built a fully automated bot solution, able to onboard new customers for a Telco company. No need for call centre involvement, the tech gave customers a clear and simple way to upload documents (via our inbuilt OCR picture detection feature), ask questions directly, schedule and diarise Sim delivery and even complete a customer satisfaction survey in a few clicks.
